Microtel counts on a highly capable and motivated human resource from its president and directors to its workers.

The engineering division is constituted by a crew of engineers graduated in the most prestigious universities of the country constantly actualized and with an excellent experience in the area of digital telecommunications and development of software, in which Microtel bases the development of their products that are submitted to rigorous field test before being launched to the marked.

Its fabrication personnel, formed by professionals in each area guaranty the products quality in the required quantities and on time delivery. In the same way, the administrative personnel gives constant logistic support in the operative areas.



 



The workers in its majority have been trained in the factory, trough capacitating courses, That form part of a valuable resource because of its high motivation and low rotation.

Although Microtel’s products are conceived to be long life products, if any of their products require service or actualization, Microtel counts on a service department with highly trained specialized technicians, laboratory of a technical support and a permanent stock of spare parts.
